[TowerTalk] VNA2180 CM Test Jig

Yet they must be made. Bird, who may well make them for their own use 
mind, uses a 'N' - male 4 hole flange mount on some of it's dry dummy 
loads and maybe other products. I suppose if you really needed them :)
