[TowerTalk] Waller Flag side mounted on a tower?

I'm trying to come up with a receive antenna for 160m.

Due to current space limitations a K9AY loop or SAL won't work.  I sure 
don't have room for a traditional Beverage,   although I am going to 
experiment with a Beverage on Ground.  If I can get a BOG to work that 
be the best setup from a space and install point of view.

I do have space below the first set of guys on my 45g tower.  I would 
mount the Waller Flag on a ring rotor for rotation.

Will the tower interfere with the Waller Flag operation?  The guys are 
philly other than the steel leaders coming up from the anchor points for 
about 30' or so.
