[TowerTalk] looking for documentation and parts for tower

Looks like a section was put into concrete pad. The Andorscoggin ARC
has 7 sections plus 5ft top section.

I like to see it used self supporting for two of the clubs repeaters
Is it save to have fours sections plus rotater top self supporting
what is the limit? I expect the buried section would rust out from
water trapped inside.
