[TowerTalk] Rohn EP instructions: "Stake all nuts"; what

My two towers are a collection of new old stock and used Rohn sections. 
The new-old stock sections came with Rohn hardware -- two sizes of fine 
thread. For the used sections, I bought the same rated parts from McMaster.
