You need one additional guy grip.
Attach the new grip a few feet above the bottom grip on the guy wire.
Use a come-along to take up tension on the guy wire and take off the old
grip and move it down a few inches. Repeat as needed.
Note that guy grips are rated for a limited number of attach/remove
cycles. I think it is typically 3. It would be worth it to buy three
new ones.
