    That's because there ain't none. It's for DIRECT BURIAL.
    The pros I used to run into on cell sites used clear acrylic spray paint as the final coat. I do like the use of Rescue Tape. It's the same stuff that SteppIR uses for their fiberglass element joints and is reasonably bombproof.

    After years of using regular Scotch 33 and 88, my favorite tape is now the 2" wide Scotch 88 10356 rolls. It's the Bell System standard and will cover lots of problems reliably. You don't need any additional coatings for it and it'll last for years. Just be sure to let the tape RELAX after cutting it and before laying it down as the last layer. Any tension will create flagging as the loose end flies around in the wind.
