[TowerTalk] Cable on winch drum

This is another item (among many on theFulton installation sheet which
is available on line) which should always be remembered. I suspect other
competitive winch manufacturers offer the same advice on the gambit of
issues to consider.
" Assure there is adequate safety factor, of at least 3 times the
maximum load for all components used." Never ever undersize the cable
you use.
