[TowerTalk] Noise / Interference

There are 2 basic types of "GROW LIGHTS" industrial rated and 
residential rated.  Growers buy industrial when residential are 
appropriate.  Residential are much quieter RFI wise.  Lots of folks are 
growing "stuff" by artificial lighting.
