[TowerTalk] 4.3-10 Connector for RG8

When I first heard of these, I said to myself, what, another connector? If
you are familiar with the 7/16 DIN connector, the 4.3-10 is a smaller one
suitable for smaller cables. Rugged and can handle power. See
