[TowerTalk] 4.3-10 Connector for RG8

It's not so much the appropriateness for smaller cables.

The small DIN connectors - 4.1-9.5 & 4.3-10 - were developed in an 
attempt to make compact *jack fields* while retaining the PIM 
performance and reliability of 7-16 DIN.

The 4.3-10 panel socket connector is barely bigger than an N, and is way 
more robust.
