Does anyone have a link for a installation manual for a US Tower MA-40, MAF-40, MARB-40. I've requested a quote for J bolts and manual from US Tower but not sure how long that will take. Looking for hole size, J bolt specs and cage/rebar info. Thanks, Ron W8RJL
