[TowerTalk] Fall Zone

[K9MA]

The local code here just prohibits it from falling across public 
property, like a sidewalk. That's just so the city doesn't get sued, I 
presume.

Considering that one modest limb of an oak tree weighs more than as 
tower full of antennas, I'd worry a lot more about the trees.
