If you want the job done properly, take it to a machine shop.  Otherwise,
just use a regular drill bit and tighten with a star lock washer to prevent
spinning.

I think you will find the proper tool too expensive to justify purchase.

female F-connector with two flats that makes a nice hole so the connector
doesn't spin?
