[TowerTalk] Manually crank down a motorized tower

You do NOT remove the chain.  Instead you remove the
rubber belt.  You then turn the PULLEY not the
gear box sprocket.   UST sells an accessory crank that you can
clamp onto the pulley to expedite the hand cranking
process.
