[TowerTalk] Tet tri-band beam

I believe the selling outfit in the US was in Oklahoma (c1979). I still 
have a TET tribander (bought in 1979 or 1980) but it hasn't been up in 
years. I may still have doc for it but it will take some searching to 
find it. I also had a 2 el 40M TET but it was destroyed in 2011 by a 
tornado.
