Have you looked at https:/www.lightningmaps.org/?lang=en# https://www.lightningmaps.org/?lang=en#   or http://en.blitzortung.org/live_lightning_maps.php 


They may not have the data right on their web sites but they do collect lightning strike data from a crowd-sourced system of lightning detectors synchronized to GPS time for strike location determination.  They do seem to archive the strike data for some period of time.
