[TowerTalk] TX 4SQ Bandwidth - 80 and 160

At N6RO we have full-sized #12 wire verticals, each with two elevated radials and a Comtek box. Dump power reaches 5% over a bandwidth of 140 kHz, and 10% over a bandwidth of 300 kHz. SWR is of course 1:1 everywhere. We switch in some inductance to the radials for the CW end of the band.
