[TowerTalk] Tic Ringrotor Question

It could be a poorly cut ring gear. I had two ring gears with that same 
problem. Late 90's vintage.

As you can see, there appears to be an abrupt change in gear radius. The 
change actually happens gradually, but comes to a climax at that one 
spot. There was no way I could find a happy medium using motor position 
as the only variable.

TIC General offered to re-cut the gears at a reasonable charge, but I 
decided to go in another direction.
