 Scotch Super 33+ is also preferred by licensed electricians.

I use it myself!

 33 is premium for all temperature ranges made in USA. 700 is General purpose limited  temperature ranges, made in Mexico.... 33 or 88 would always  be my choice for Electrical,  communications cables outside  and on towers. YMMV.
