[TowerTalk] Difference between Super 33+ and Scotch 700 ?

Curious that Scotch Temflex 1700 hasn't been mentioned.  My tower guys 
use it for commercial jobs and I think it is in the Andrew waterproofing 
kits.  Seems to work as well as 33.
