I used black rubber bungees to hold my topband inverted L's pulley to a high tree branch. It lasted 9 years until I took it down when I shunt-fed my tower. I believe I used these same bungees on two of five corners of my FW 80 M loop before I bbuiltthe tower.  No damage to any of the supporting branches.

I use EPDM tarp bungee straps. They are robust black rubber; come in various
lengths; have "S" hook ends and last for a couple of years if exposed to
sunlight; longer if shaded. Cheap and easily positioned.
