[TowerTalk] re-cabling a TX455

Can anyone recommend someone who might take on the job of changing over the cables on my TX455. I have the cable kit from US Towers. The tower will lay over to horizontal on cinderblocks for easy maintenance. The beam goes flat also on a tiltover. Motorized both up/down and tilt over.
