[TowerTalk] How best to cut 1/4 inch ss cable?

For 1/4 or 5/16 EHS, I tape the area with reinforced strapping tape and cut
though center of the tape with bolt cutters.  This is very quick and easy.
The strands on both ends are contained and ready for use.
