[TowerTalk] How best to cut 1/4 inch ss cable?

For smaller cable, maybe up to 1/4", I wrap several layers of black tape
around it an inch or so long.

I place the tapped section of cable on a backup block of steel then use a
sharp, large chisel and hit/cut the cable at the tape point with a good
sized hammer.

Generally, it make a good clean cut.
