[TowerTalk] Wiring a Leeson Motor

I am changing out a Marathon motor for a new a  Leeson 110023, recommended by US Towers and said to be a replacement for the Marathon by Leeson. But the wiring is difficult and complex and not easy to understand.

Has anyone done such a wiring or have a diagram that might indicate how to wire? I.E. how to wire the leeson to the MD750 control. Thanks in advance
