[TowerTalk] Rohn HDBX-48 Rotator Plate Remove & Install

Thanks for the reply Bill.
Getting the plate into the tower is not a problem. The problem is 
getting it to lay in it's proper place in a horizontal plane without 
jamming against the braces.  There is probably a trick to it....one that 
was not apparent to me up on the tower.
