[TowerTalk] Detuning my Tower

I am working on an 80M inverted L  that will be about 10 feet away from my 90 foot telescoping tower.   I would like to check the resonant freq of the tower to see if it is resonant near 80M and if it is detune it.   Can you point me in the right direction for information on how to do this.  Is there an easy way to check the tower for resonance ?
