[TowerTalk] copper

[George Skoubis]

My wife and I are building a 1100 sq ft Casita right now.  

The price has doubled from the estimate.  

  The subs can’t find employees and the material prices have skyrocketed. 

  At least home values here have risen dramatically so we feel better about the costs.
