[TowerTalk] Rotor control line MOV's

Hi  Ray,

Looking a the links that you kindly provided. One TVS is a 70.1V device 
and the other is rated at 17.1V

I imagine that the higher voltage one is used to protect the motor lines 
and the lower voltage one is used on the direction  lines but I am just 
guessing.
