[TowerTalk] Loosing guy wires when hoisting antenna

The method I've used several times, including a Mid-Tri (without 40 
meters), was to remove the elements after fit and measurement check, 
raise the boom parallel to the tower, and install the elements on the 
tower. I do it this way because there simply isn't room to raise a 
tribander any other way. I start by installing the first element just 
above the guy wire, raising the boom as I install additional elements 
until the middle of the boom as at the guy wires. Then I install the 
remaining elements below the guy wires. Finally, with the antenna well 
balanced and supported by a rope, I first rotate the boom to horizontal, 
then elements to horizontal. the antenna can then be lifted up to the 
mast. With a hand winch and some rigging, this can be done by one 
person. Just be sure that when you put up the second one just above the 
lower guys, that there isn't a crab tree in the way down below.
