Kelley, W0RK, is searching out a small tower. It has been suggested the US Towers 40 pole....... 

Well, a rotating pole would be somewhat difficult to hang an inverted vee from..... 

On the other hand, and depending on his pocket book, US Towers has some short 30' to 40' telescoping towers, collapsible to approx. 12'. 
Wind load would support small tri-bander and VHF verticals. AND they tip over! 

Just saying.
