[TowerTalk] Removing Ground Rods - fini

[N4ZR]

Thanks to everyone who suggested things.  I'm going to try Visegrips and 
a board under my car's scissors jack tomorrow, and if that doesn't work 
I'll just cut the ground rod off below the surface.  I have a small 
station, and it's not worth investing in special-purpose hardware.
