My tower climber is XE2K/AD6D, a US citizen who lives in Yuma, AZ. He 
maintains stations all over the western US, including the N6RO and W7RN 
superstations. He schedules trips to split travel costs between multiple 
clients. I'm VERY happy with everything he's done for me.

I suggest you ask around on the SMC reflector.
