[TowerTalk] tower climbing shoes or boots - suggestions needed

I could be  wrong but I think the difference between downloading mail to
your PC  or just getting the headers and reading it online is whether you
specify a POP3 mail server (downloads the mail) or IMAP (leaves it on
server).  Good mail clients give you the choice.

I've used Thunderbird and Pegasus in the past.  Currently I just read it
via a browser.
