[TowerTalk] New 9 circle PCB with CMCs

I just ordered ten boards.  I will not be back to USA until March 24.  They
should be there when I arrive.  I will probably use 4 or 5 of them and if
anyone wants one and is not in a hurry, they will be cheap - like about
$5.00 each plus shipping in the USA.
