Hi Larry,

A quarter-wave transformer having 25 ohm Zo would get you close enough 
for government work, and two 50 ohm coaxes in parallel would get you 
there! Depending on precise values of feedpoint Z and Zo of the matching 
section, VSWR would be about 1.1:1.
