Not saying this is true, but  there are ways of cutting costs with off
brand hardline.  If the off brand is 1/2 the cost of the tried and
true Andrew (Commscope) it may be okay, or it may for example, have a
thinner copper shield, or lower quality jacket, or the copper cladding
on the center may be thinner.   Think about what are the most
expensive materials.  Probably copper followed by aluminum.   The
jacket isn't just there for show; a tough thick jacket that holds up
to UV is important.  TXM may be every bit as good as Commscope but I'm
just tossing out things to look at.  Buyer beware.
