[TowerTalk] Beverage on Sloping Ground

Downward sloping Beverages will have a lower takeoff angle than upward 
sloping ones (assuming no high terrain in the foreground), but ANY 
Beverage benefits from the pattern discriminating against noise from the 
side or rear.

And 10 feet out of 500 is barely 1 degree anyway.
