[TowerTalk] Copper wire theft

I had a bit of a laugh some years back.  Someone had cut the ground wire on
the power poles...but it was Copperweld!

As for the entire cell site including tower being stolen in India, I hope
it was not the local hams!  Blame it on the CBers, LOL.
