[TowerTalk] Need Info on US Tower MA40

We have acquired an older US Tower MA40 and getting ready to put it up.
Somewhere along the line in the past somebody made off with the raising
fixture.
I believe it consists of a piece of rectangular steel tubing 3-4' long,
with a pulley at the top and a winch attached at the bottom.
Does anybody have one and willing to snap a few pictures of it and maybe
provide the dimension of overall length of the tubing ?

Any help much appreciated.
