Right.  You're then in the same league as the major industrial players who supply whole-facility surge protection devices and need ample indemnity protection when either the device fails to protect or fails in a catastrophic manner, potentially causing significant infrastructure damage -- and possibly death.  It's not a business I would want for peace of mind.
