[TowerTalk] replacement Cushcraft R8 trap boot

I had to repair the BT2 trap on an R8 but they glued the boot on so I 
had to cut it off.  I have not been able to locate any new ones.  I am 
curious what people would suggest using or maybe there is a source for 
this using some other industry name.

Any hints are appreciated.
