Sorry - wrong keystroke to get into DOS.

Here is the Canada entry in the CTY.DAT file:

Canada:                   05:  09:  NA:   45.00:    80.00:     4.0:  VE:

    VY9(4)[4],VY9CC(4)[4],VY9CCA(5)[9],VY9QR(4)[3],WJ2O/VE2(2),XJ,XK,XL,XM,
    XM2ZP(2),XN,XN0(5)[9],XN1(1)[2],XN2(5)[9],XN3(1)[2],XN4(5)[9],XN5(1)[2],
    XN6(5)[9],XN7(1)[2],XN8(5)[9],XN9(1)[2],XO,XO0(2)[9],XO1(5)[9],XO2(2)[9],
    XO3(5)[9],XO4(2)[9],XO5(5)[9],XO6(2)[9],XO7(5)[9],XO8(2)[9],XO9(5)[9];

I am not sure about some of these entries - like CK7 being in zone 1,
not zone 3.

At any rate - I will have to add some logic in the program to make up
for the missing prefixes (so it works the same as the industry standard).

In the mean time, I would suggest people add these undefined prefixes
(VE1-VE9) to the CTY.DAT file so the program comes up with the correct
zones during the CQ WW contest.

They might also want to look over some of the other prefix assignments
and fix those before the contest.

Sorry about all this - I had assumed these types of errors wouldn't
be in this file since it had been used before by CT9 users.
