[TRLog] Reflector

As I mentioned - contesting.com has moved to a new box and we have
an updated version of majordomo running.  You can get a list of
the available commands by sending a message to trlog-request@
contesting.com with the word help in the text.

This version seems to be giving me more messages about addresses
that are no longer valid, and I have deleted about 20 bad  
addresses.  So, if you know of someone who is complaining about
not getting messages from this reflector, they might need to
resubscribe with their current address.

for those messages you delted but want to see again.
