W9XT voice card setup

You don't ! :-)  You have to run the cctsr program that comes with the card
and then program it with the F12 key (I think) from inside TR.

Works OK only problem is that you can't stop it with esc key once you start
it.  Think Tree is working on a fix so it can work from inside TR in the
future.
