[TRLog] General QSO Contests

Setting up TR for the PA QSO party is not a problem. After wrestling with
other logging programs and even trying to develop my own (fat chance),
I found that TR was pretty much a snap. Just set up a .DOM file with
the necessary mults and set the scoring etc. If the person who asked the
