Tom, K1KY, hit the nail on the head.  Somehow my LOGCFG.DAT file for the
ARRL DX contest became corrupt.  It was the same file I had tested with
Version 6.18 in preparation for next months contest and everything looked
good then.  Sorry for the confusion.  Thought for sure I'd found a bug.
