[TRLog] Function Keys in Version 6.20

Installed TRLOG Version 6.20 last night.  Tried it out using ARRL DX
Contest format and discovered that regardless of what I put into CQ
messages on function keys F4, F6, F7, F8, F9 the messages sent were the
ones for S&P mode.  Not too big a deal but I like to have different
messages for the TU and the B4, etc.
Haven't noticed this happening before with earlier versions.
