[TRLog] S&P and Repeat S&P exchanges

OK, dumb (maybe) question.  If in S&P and the call window is empty 
why wouldn't you want the ENTER key send the REPEAT S&P Exchange?  
Sortof goes to the idea of a smart ENTER key.
