[TRLog] Second Radio Q's / NAQP setup

1. How does TR tell what Q's are done on the second radio?  It isnt
evident in the log or the restart.bin file, although my bandchange
report gives a number of 2nd radio q's.

2. I cant seem to make TR take NAME and QTH in the info window unless I
put EXCHANGE = NAME QTH below the CONTEST = NA QSO.  Shouldn't the
contest config already set this up??
